We score your roof out of 100 across 5 categories (20 points each). Your band decides when cover activates and what happens next.

Bands
Green 75–100: cover activates immediately, emergency benefit available.

FAQ
What is a Roof MOT?
A Roof MOT is a structured roof inspection. We check key risk areas, take photos, and give you a written report with a score and clear next steps.
What if I score Amber or Red?
Amber means cover doesn't activate until remedials are completed and you're re-scored to Green. Red means you're not eligible yet and remedials are required.
Is emergency cover really limited to ladder-access repairs?
Yes. Emergency benefit is for repairs that can be safely completed from a ladder. If the job needs scaffolding or specialist access, we'll quote separately.
What happens if an emergency costs more than £250?
If you're Green and the repair is ladder-access, it's covered up to £250. If it's above £250, we provide a fixed £150 contribution towards the repair.
Can I cancel?
The plan runs for 24 months.
